If your question is still not answered by the above, in order to hasten the support call process, please have the following information available before you contact us:

Your Bluestone Product Serial Number (see reverse side)
Your case number if you already have one for this problem.
Your Product Name and Version.
Your Operating System Version (e.g. the output of "uname -a").
Your X-Window Server and Library Version.
Your Window Manager and Library Version.
A step by step procedure we can use to reproduce the problem.

A stripped-down sample application that illustrates the problem.

Additionally, please be at the computer on which you have the problem and have a phone at that location.
